While this can be mimicked by makeup, when looking more closely I suspect that this may have been achieved using dermal fillers.”
Dr. Zara Harutyunyan of Cosmetic Rejuvenation in Los Angeles also believes the pop star has been pricked by the needle more than she has confessed! She said, “It looks like Katy’s had fillers in her lips, around her mouth for her smile lines, underneath her eyes, cheekbones, and jawline contouring. Considering how smooth her upper face is, she has most likely had Botox injections around her eyes to eliminate crow's feet and between her eyebrows for her frown lines, and across her forehead for horizontal wrinkles.”

As for the plastic surgery rumors, Katy just rejects them all and states that they are untrue. But there are some people who believe she lied. A critic of her sarcastically tweeted, “Katy Perry said she’d never get plastic surgery. It’s brave of her to settle for perfect, natural boobs that can serve as flotation devices.” Another chimed in, “She’s a f***ing liar.”
However, all her devoted fans believe what Katy has said, claiming that it's all due to her new cosmetic style, which has transformed her look into something more attractive.
